A typical inspection should take around 45 minutes to complete. This can vary, given the current condition and size of the home, the accessibility of mechanical systems, and so on. When you speak with one of our schedulers we will review this with you before the inspection takes place.
We inspect the major systems of the house. These include the Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. Our goal is to identify any existing major problems and provide recommendations so you can maximize credits earned for savings on your policy.
Pricing can vary depending on which level of inspection service you want us to do for you. Pricing is typically based on location, size of home. Rest assured that we will meet and exceed your expectations with our inspection services.
Absolutely! You may want to bring some questions that you have regarding the home. You should also feel free to stop the inspector and ask questions as you go. If the inspector's comments or explanations are not clear, please ask for clarification.
You do receive a written report. It would be unfair to ask you to remember all of the things we cover during a home inspection. The report includes a summary of the inspection performed along with recommendations in order for you make your home efficient and earn credits for savings for your insurance policy.
Our team of inspectors is ready to serve you quickly. Often we can do an inspection the same day you contact us. We do ask that in the event you do need to cancel your inspection to provide us with a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid any potential travel fees.
